Refund policy
We hope you absolutely love your new lunchbox! Each piece is made and packed with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’d like to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@thelunchcrate.co.za Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping fees) back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thelunchcrate.co.za.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style or colour, simply reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly assist with arranging the exchange, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We always recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your package makes it safely back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry if something arrives less than perfect. Please email us at info@thelunchcrate.co.za within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
