We’re so excited to pack up your order and send it your way! Every order is prepared with care, from our hands to yours.
Processing Time
Each order is lovingly packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (like holidays or new collection launches), it may take a little longer, thank you for your patience and understanding!
Please note that any orders placed between 25th November 2025 and 11th December 2025 will only be processed on the 12th December 2025.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,700. For all other orders, a flat delivery fee of R135 applies at checkout.
Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
Delays & Delivery Issues
We always do our best to make sure your order arrives on time, but sometimes courier or weather delays happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at info@thelunchcrate.co.za we’re always happy to help.
